Hard days and heavy nights make us dependent on rehabilitation. Not only people but social groups, nations and countries need rehabilitation sometimes.     UN negotiator Marti Ahtisaari with his wish for independent Kosovo looks like a patient who needs a fast psychiatric help and a long period of rehabilitation. Democrats need more. The Senate has a vote for additional subpoenas. After meetings in the court officials will probably need law defence more than other variants of rehabilitation. I will be happy if even 1% of it will be used for food rehabilitation of a 20-million North Korea hungry nation.     The idea of democracy in Pakistan, which today White House administration believes in.
